Building Cleaning
We provide a specialized training and support program for individuals aiming to build a career in building cleaning services in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) category. Our program is carefully structured to meet Japanese industry standards and prepare candidates for success in both the technical and cultural aspects of building maintenance work.
We begin with personalized counseling and eligibility screening to ensure candidates meet the basic requirements. Our Japanese language training focuses on practical communication needed for the workplace, with preparation for JLPT (N5–N3), JFT Basic, and the SSW-specific skills exams. In the technical training phase, we cover key building cleaning procedures such as floor maintenance, restroom sanitation, window cleaning, equipment handling, and safety management. Training is delivered by industry professionals and includes both theoretical lessons and hands-on practice.
We also assist candidates through every step of the visa application and placement process, ensuring compliance with Japan’s immigration regulations.
Before departure, students undergo cultural orientation sessions to understand Japanese workplace etiquette, hygiene expectations, and teamwork practices. Upon arrival in Japan, we offer continued support including airport pickup, local registration help, and follow-up welfare check-ins.
